Most frequent questions and answers. If you any other questions, feel free to email me!
After the initial draft has been approved, half of the total cost will be invoiced to you.. Progress will also be halted until the fee has been paid.
Once the cover is finished, I will require the rest of the payment and the cover will be shown with a watermark until the rest has been paid.
Drafts, sketches made by me cannot be used by you for further uses, like using it for other artist to do, regardless if it’s personal or commercial, without my consent.
Currently, I send invoices and accept payments through Paypal and Stripe. You’ll be charged in CAD currency.
There is no limit on how much, or how many, feedback on the cover during the process. However, if I feel it’s taking way too long for us to agree on the final product, I will talk with you about making a final decision.
These are changes you want after the final product has been delivered and paid for. Changes cannot be revising of the whole cover art but can be of color, overall tone, need extra flourishes or small decors, character appearance to some degree etc. Email me your request and I’ll tell you what can and cannot be done. A round is one email so be sure to be descriptive in the changes you want. After your rounds are finished, you’ll need to pay extra for any changes with the exception of text.
Text are free to change so long as you have proof of payment (invoices and receipts) which tells me you’ve paid for it and your ownership of said cover.
No. For security reasons, you will only get a flattened, un-watermarked covers along with other additional add-ons specified.
During the process, no, you don’t have to pay for assets used for the covers as it is covered within the original cost.
After delivery, if you want a specific asset swap in or add in, then yes, even if you still have revision rounds. If it’s to remove, then no. An exception would be if the asset used is yours rightfully and or bought it and have the rights for it. If you want to change something within the asset like hair colour or eye colour, and you still have revision rounds, then no.

For CUSTOM COVERS, after the initial draft has been approved and paid for the first half of your order, there are no refunds as I would be working on the cover already.
For PREMADE COVERS, once purchased, the sale is final thus no refunds.
